Mooneyes HRCS Yokohama Japan 2013, updated 25-06-2014

I know I have said it before but hey I would not be saying it if it was not true, I love Japan and i particularly love the Mooneyes Hot Rod and Custom show, I have not been to every show on this green earth that is true, but I have seen a few and believe me when I say you would have to go a long way to find a show that has a greater depth of talent, craftsmanship and imagination on display.

Shige Suganuma and his staff of dedicated custom lovers from Mooneyes Japan bring together some of the best and brightest stars in the custom universe both past and future, giving you unprecedented access to finest works of automotive art you have ever seen, with some six hundred and fifty motorcycles and two hundred and fifty odd cars on display, if you can't find something that floats your boat you might as well take up golf.

With that in mind I realised that i had never put together a motorcycle only movie from Mooneyes, an abominable oversight on my behalf, and I apologise, so folks here it is, I am sure you will love the custom bikes on display and remember this is only a small sample of what was at the show, don't be daunted by the fact that it runs for nearly twelve minutes it is worth it!

This is the last movie I will be uploading until our trip to Europe, I will be taking the I pad and will try to update the Blog with anything of interest that comes our way, so check in from time to time.

I have to admit that Mooneyes Japan is my hands down favourite Custom Show the atmosphere the quality of the cars and bikes on display and of course the location, Japan make this a not to be missed event.
Shige Suganuma and the folks at Mooneyes Japan do a fabulous job bringing together some of the wildest Custom Cars and bikes that you will ever see, mix it with custom art, vendor stalls, music, fabulous pre event and post event parties, lovers of custom culture will be thinking they have died and gone to heaven.
Over the next few days maybe weeks even I will add a travelogue about our trip to this Blog , Japan is a beautiful country full of wonderful people, delicious food great beer and amazing culture, so stay tuned.

Peter
